Our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is owned by Solar Patch Limited ("SPL", the "Company", "we", "us" or "our") which is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and share your personal information and to assist you in exercising the privacy rights available to you. By accessing to this website and/or mobile application (collectively the "Platform") and using all services, you accept the terms of this Policy and our Terms of Use, and consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your information as described in this Policy. Information You Provide to Us

1. Account opening:

In order to comply with our Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and Anti-Money Laundering obligations under applicable laws and regulations, when you register an account with us and/or would like to use our services on our platform, within a reasonable period of time as specific by us, you may be asked to provide or grant authorization to us to get access to, including but not limited, to the following information (as the case may be):

Information we will never collect

We will never ask you to share your private keys or wallet seed. Never trust anyone or any site that asks you to enter your private keys or wallet seed.
